Pool Patio - Before – 37 viewsThis patio has several problems to be addressed by our repairs. (1) Lack of control joints has led to expansion cracks at several locations, these are filled with epoxy and new control is cut (2) Low spots cause ponding (bird-baths) that hold water, discolor the surface and create ice-hazards in the winter (3) It's ugly, but with a great personality.

Pool Patio Low Spots Filled – 34 viewsThis patio had several "bird-baths" (low areas in the surface that pond water). The low areas have been pre-filled with our acrylic cement material and ground and/or bricked to feathered edges.

Pool Patio Repair Skimmed and patterned – 27 viewsHere the surface of the repaired patio has been skimmed, bricked, and the tile layout has been completed with 1/2" pattern tape.

Pool Patio After Spraying before tape is pulled – 39 viewsThe repair of th e pool patio is nearly complete. Here all colors have been applied and are now waiting to "pull tape" which is typically the most "exciting" part of any project.

Pool Patio Complete – 32 viewsThe completed pool patio repair at 1038 Sunnyside Loop. Bright white grout lines to compliment the white window frames of the house. Noble gray field tile and dark gray edge tile complete the gray house and weathered cedar synthetic decking, and a custom-colored teal tile (to match the eave trim of the house). Clean. Bright. And a great personality.
